Thomas Francis Timer

Thomas Francis Timer, 84, of Mesquite, Nevada passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2012. He was born October 16, 1927 in Youngstown, Ohio to Joseph Timer and Frances Bannon. On June 23, 1948 he married his high school sweetheart Margaret Louise Hanson in Greenville, Pennsylvania. She preceded him in death on June 9, 2003.

Thomas grew up in Greenville, Pennsylvania. He served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He was an avid athlete, a sports fan, and a golfer. Thomas was an Executive for Ernst Home Center Division of Pay-N-Save Corporation. He spent the last three years of his life in Mesquite, Nevada.

He is survived by his daughter Linda Jo (Kevin) Campbell of Sandy, Utah; four grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister, June Altman and his beloved dog Toby.
