Everett Lynn Comparoni

Everett Lynn Comparoni, 58, passed away on January 7, 2020 in his home in Overton, NV. Everett was born on May 24, 1961 in Oakland, CA to Sam Rogers and Shirley Shelton, and was adopted and raised by his stepfather, Frank Comparoni. He married Linda Moore on July 26, 2016 in Moapa, NV, and they were sealed in the St. George, UT temple on September 28, 2019.

Everett had a heart of gold, and cared for those around him. He was a dedicated and hard worker, and was near his thirtieth year with Republic Services. He loved spending time with his family, whether it may in the outdoors hunting, fishing, or camping, or watching NASCAR or his beloved Steelers. His grandchildren were number one in his life, and he loved to spend time with them. He loved his Savior, Jesus Christ.

Everett is survived by his wife, Linda Comparoni of Overton, NV; his children, Karen (Greg) Stokey of Lacey, WA, Amanda Comparoni of Las Vegas, NV, Catherine Comparoni of Las Vegas, NV, John Paul Hixon of Finley, OH, Jeremy Comparoni of Las Vegas, NV, Ashley Hixon of Overton, NV, and Leanna Boggs of Dayton, OH; his ten grandchildren; his parents, Shirley and Frank Comparoni and Sam and Carolyne Rogers; his siblings, Jay (Crisstine) Comparoni of Washington, Debra (Billy) Comparoni of Ely, NV, and Denise (Frank) Comparoni of Las Vegas, NV; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Logandale Stake Center, 2555 N. St. Josephs Street, Logandale, NV 89021, on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Viewing services held prior from 9:30-10:30 am.
