Gail Louise Steffen, age 69, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born July 21, 1948 to David William and Rose Marie Long in Whitefish, Montana. On February 12, 1968 she married Edward Eugene Steffen in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Gail grew up in Whitefish, she was raised by her mother. At the age of eleven, her family relocated to Las Vegas where she resided until 1979 when her young family moved to Moapa Valley. She enjoyed doing ceramics and creating artwork. Although private, she loved having her family near, playing games, laughing and time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include daughter, Michelle Lawrence of Overton, NV; son; Ed Steffen (daughter in law,Tawnia) of Elko, NV; Sonia (daughter in law; husband; Shane Sorsabal) of Elko NV; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters: Jordy (Richard) Berger of Whitefish, MT and Linda (Andrew) Slocum of Las Vegas, NV.
