Marilynn Ainge Obituary

Marilynn Lynette Ainge, age 77, passed away February 10, 2018. She was born August 21, 1940, in Wichita, KS, to Paul Byron League and Beulah Virginia Ingrim. She married Roddy Carl Ainge on January 8, 1982, in Jensen, Utah.

Born in Wichita, she later moved to Medicine Lodge, where she attended elementary school, then to Dodge City, where she graduated from High School in 1958. She married Keith Bolt with whom she had one child. She later married Johnnie Bartlett in 1961, with whom she had six children. After Johnnie’s passing she moved to Vernal, Utah in 1980. She married Rod Ainge in 1982, where they resided, until moving to Anchorage, Alaska in 1991. They live in Anchorage for 22 years. Marilynn worked at the Flying Dutchman Bakery, as she was always a fan of sweets. She later worked for the School District as a lunch lady and crossing guard. She always loved working with children and enjoyed spending time with her friends. Rod and Marilynn moved to Mesquite, Nevada in 2011, where she resided until her passing. Marilynn loved to crochet, work crossword puzzles and going to the casino.

She is survived by her husband, Rod Ainge, Mesquite, NV, six children; Rick and Tandy Holmes of Noel, MO, Terry and Deniel McKinney, of Vernal, UT; John and Barbara Brown, of Green River, WY; Johnnie and Shirley Bartlett, of College Station, TX; David Bartlett, of Dickinson, ND; Sarah Bartlett of NJ and two step children; Johnny Lee Bartlett of Green River, WY; and Terri O’Neal of Reed Springs, MO, sister; Ruth Ann Clark of Lenexa, KS; and brother; Paul Daniel League, of Springfield, MO. She has fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Byron League; her mother, Beulah Virginia Ingrim, and infant daughter; Patricia Lucille Bartlett.

Funeral Services will be held on February 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at Virgin Valley Mortuary, 320 E. Old Mill Road, Mesquite, NV.
