Mesquite, NV - Betty Jane Fullmer, "Betsy", 75, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Betsy was born August 26, 1942, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to John Andrew Bulna and Edna Alice Hillard.
Betsy was a kind, loving soul who loved everyone; including life, and how she lived it! She was also a caring wife and mother. Those who love her and know her as a proud person, will forever be proud of having her in their hearts and lives.
She is survived by her husband; Richard Lawson Fullmer, son; Jeffrey Fullmer, daughter; Jennifer Thompson, sister; Dottie Montgomery, grandchildren; Kristopher Fuller, Krystal Fullmer and Richard Thompson.
