David Brian Osborne, age 66, died Friday, June 12, 2026, in St. George, Utah. He was born June 27, 1959, in Hartshorne, Oklahoma to Dennis Marshall and Bonnie Rae Beebe Osborne. On January 2, 1987, he married Stephanie Ann Tom in Reno, Nevada.
Dave grew up in Sacramento, California. He was a bit of a rebel in his youth, as he “borrowed” a car at age 13. He made it all the way to Kansas before getting stopped. After his “rehabilitation”, he moved with his family to Hawaii for a few years where he learned to surf and to admire fast cars. He moved to Reno where he learned to be a slot technician. He raised his family in Moapa, Nevada, working for various casinos in Las Vegas. He was hard-working and quiet, but he had a big presence and quickly earned the respect of others.
He enjoyed old movies, westerns, listening to classic rock and watching Wrestlemania. He played guitar and bass and he loved classic Camaro’s.
Survivors include his wife, Stephanie; two daughters: Ashly Osborne of Las Vegas; Kylie Osborne of Moapa; stepmother, Lorna Osborne of Santa Monica, CA; sister, Denise (Tom) Waltz of FL and brother, Marshell (Cheryl) Osborne of WA. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Merlin “Merf”.
