Derik Boyd Leavitt, 44, passed away August 26, 2013 in Bruneau, ID. He was born August 31, 1968 in St. George, UT to Russell Quentin Leavitt and Rebecca Alice Anderson.
He is survived by his wife Michell Ashinhurst, children; Kristal (22), Oda (12) Rebecca (8), Derik (7) and Parker (4months); mother Rebecca Ellington, father Russell Leavitt; and sisters, Lisa, Darlene and Victoria.
Services were held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the Mesquite City Cemetery under the direction of Virgin Valley Mortuary.
