Frances R. Lipani passed away December 18, 2012 at her home in Mesquite, Nevada. She was born to Joseph Thomas Cerniglio and Ann Dimino on January 7, 1949 in Rochester, New York. Frances worked as a Human Resource Director in Broadcasting (WXXI TV and radio). She loved to work with people and always had a great smile. She had many friends because of her love for life and ability to make people laugh. She will be missed by her friends and family. She is survived by family members and her husband, John.
