Francisco Javier Rondan Barbosa

Francisco Javier Rondan Barbosa, age 43, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He was born April 12, 1981 in St. George, Utah to Francisco Javier Rondan Aguilar and Maria Luz Rondan Barbosa.

Francisco grew up in Moapa Valley where he played football and graduated from Moapa Valley High School.  He lived most of his adult life in Las Vegas where he earned his degree as a massage therapist.  He loved music, dancing, food, cars, working out, sports and spending time in his home town.  His happy place was with his family and loved ones.  Francisco was a loving man. He was humble, friendly, kind, compassionate and any little thing could bring him happiness.  His smile lit up any room.  He treasured his mom and children and every moment spent with them.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him.

Survivors include his mother, Maria Luz Rondan Barbosa of Overton, NV; two sisters:  Maria Luz (Jaime Calderon) Rondan of Las Vegas, NV; Kimberly Rondan of Overton, NV: daughters:  Lilliana, Kendra, and son, Francisco, Jr. and grandson, Alexander Emilio.  He was preceded in death by his father, Francisco and his brother, Aaron.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in his honor on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 9 a.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church, 2955 St. Joseph St., Logandale, NV.  Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. prior to services at the church.  Interment will follow in the Logandale Cemetery.  Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com
