Jodi Diane Swanson, age 60, died Sunday, January 11, 2026, at her home in Logandale, Nevada. She fought a valiant fight with cancer. She was born November 23, 1965, in Tucson, Arizona to James Ronald and Charlotte Ann Svob Woodford. She was married in 1986 and blessed with three beautiful children, Brittani and twins, Jeremy and Justine. In February of 1993 she married Brian Smith. This marriage brought her McCall, but they were later divorced. On September 14, 2012, she married Gerald “Jerry” Patrick Swanson in Logandale, Nevada.
Jodi lived in many towns in Arizona before her family settled in Yuma where she graduated as a Yuma High School Criminal. Yes, their high school mascot is the Criminals!! After graduation, Jodi moved to Las Vegas where she worked as a hair stylist. She worked for over 25 years as the office manager for R&R Electric, commuting from Logandale since 1996. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed crafting. She loved people, singing and dancing in the car and laughing with her children. She loved laying by the pool and floating in the sun! She was a loving mother and wife. She loved to cook and to care for her family.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry of Logandale; one son and three daughters: Brittani (Randall) Dalley; Jeremy Woodford both of Logandale; Justine Beard of St. George, UT; McCall (Eric) Imposimato of Bennett, CO; seven grandchildren; her parents Ron and Charlotte of Ivins, UT; two brothers and one sister: Brad (Jim Lennox) Woodford of San Diego, CA; Denise Hoy of Logandale and Rick (Jennifer) of Vernal, UT.
Graveside services will be held Monday, January 26, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Logandale Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to sign our online guest book at www.moapavalleymortuary.com
