Loraine is survived by her brother Leonard (Spike Cesena); one Son and two daughters; Frank N. Winton, Gloria Jean Winton, and Wendy Sue McConnell; a grandson, Dr. Frank A. Winton and two granddaughters, Jamie J. Winton and Mallorie J. McConnell Foley; a great grandson, Daniel M. Winton and two great granddaughters, Hana P. Winton and Raquel (Rocky) Rudolph; nieces, Jane Winton Reynolds, Laurie Mudd; and sister- in-laws, Nadie Winton and Cathy Sesena Ark; a special great niece, Leslie Schellhorn; and many others.

Loraine was dedicated to her husband and the home he made for her. She was kindhearted and generous to a flaw. She was a great example of how to be a good person. Loraine always presented herself in a beautiful way. Happy memories include Lorraine’s smile, laughter in the air, and her grandchildren around her.

We will always be grateful for the love and help Loraine received for the last five years from the staff at Grover C. Dils Medical Center and the way they cared for her with kindness.
