Mark Alan Kase

Mark Alan Kase, age 67, died Thursday, June 18, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born August 22, 1958 in Boulder City, Nevada to James Harrison and Patricia Vendetti Kase.

Mark spent his early years in Boulder City before his family relocated to Moapa Valley in 1964. He excelled in sports, standing out in football, basketball, baseball and running track. He was a natural athlete and enjoyed watching and coaching sports throughout his life. He worked for over forty-four years at Nevada Power, retiring as a warehouse supervisor. His work ethic and friendship were respected and appreciated by all who worked with him. He loved living in Moapa Valley because of the wonderful people that were a part of his life growing up. He didn’t want to live anywhere else.

Survivors include four cousins: Janet (Jim) Lee of Lynden, WA; Patty (Jerry) Hollers of North Hills, CA; MaryKay Haggerty of Franklin, PA and Gina Vendetti of Eerie, PA.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in his honor on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 8 a.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church, 2955 N. St. Joseph Street, Logandale, Nevada.
