Timothy Wayne Wheat

Timothy Wayne Wheat, 54, passed away on May 30, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV. Timothy was born on January 22, 1970 in Ticonderoga, NY to Leonard Boula and Laura Losky. Timothy was soon adopted by Richard Wheat, and his family moved back and forth to Logandale, NV and New York for much of his childhood. He attended a vocational school in Las Vegas, NV to learn welding. He worked at the Echo Bay Marina at Lake Mead for several years, maintaining the dock and repairing boats. He was in a serious car accident, which limited his ability to work. He loved singing and playing his guitar. He loved being outdoors, riding dirt bikes or camping. He never held a grudge, and was a good and loving father and grandfather.

Timothy is survived by his children, Colby Richard Wheat, Justin Daniel Wheat, Dallas Troy Wheat, and Ashley (James Anderson) Wheat; his grandchildren, Macie, Maddison, Miah, Mara, Rueben, Dallas Jr., Aubri, Miguel, and Resse; his mother, Laura Raschke; his sister, Tammy (Nicholas) Huerta; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Boula; his adopted father, Richard Wheat; and his sister, Teresa Byers.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 9-10:00 a.m. at Moapa Valley Mortuary 5090 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., Logandale, Nevada, followed by the Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow at the Logandale Cemetery.
