David L Sundquist

David Sundquist passed away on November 3, 2021 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada.  He was the son of Carl Sundquist and Marcella Crutcher Sundquist.  He married Kathleen Sundquist, on October 18, 1997 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
David was raised in Northern California.  He graduated from Menlo-Atherton High School and attended 1 year of college.  He lived in many places throughout his accounting career which took him to many states.  Before he retired, he was Vice President-Controller of Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV.  David was a Master Bridge player.  His hobbies included entering contests, and winning more often than not; he loved traveling; he was an avid exerciser which  included establishing an ambitious walking program.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Sundquist, currently living in Mesquite, NV.  He is also survived by his two children, Gregory Sundquist, who lives in Florida , and Kathleen Sundquist, who lives in California.  In addition, he has three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  He has two brothers, Alan Sundquist, who lives in San Jose, CA, and Steve Sunquist who lives in Guadalajara, MX.
