Sherry Dawn Perkins-Neff

Sherry Dawn Perkins-Neff, 67, passed away on May 1, 2021 in Overton, NV. Sherry was born on October 3, 1953 in Prescott, AZ to Perry William Perkins and Norma Lois Hunt. She married Steve Neff, a life-long friend on July 12, 2016 in Overton, NV. 

Sherry was raised in Las Vegas, NV, and later moved to Overton, NV in the early 1990's. She loved her family and was a devoted mother and grandmother, and tried to always give them her full attention. Her grandkids loved her for her jokes, the time she would spend with them playing video games and watching movies, and her delicious food. She was always serving others. She volunteered for a Women’s Safe House in Las Vegas for many years. She always had a love for anything western, attending rodeos, riding horses, and movies. She married Steve Neff, a life-long friend on July 12, 2016 in Overton, NV. 

Sherry is survived by her husband, Steve Neff; her children, Rickey (Julie) Combs, Robby (Heather) Combs, and Gary Combs; her ten grandchildren; her nineteen great-grandchildren; her siblings, Wilda Spoon, Diane (Jamie) Fox, Eddie (Diana) McDonald, and Perry Anthony Perkins, and a large extended family. 

Viewing services will be held on Friday, May, 14, 2021 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m., with Funeral services following at 12:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Overton Chapel in Overton, NV, with interment following at the Pioneer Hill Memorial Cemetery.
