Steven Guy Woodson

Steve Woodson, 60, passed away October 10th, 2020 at his home in Mesquite, Nevada, surrounded by family. He was born in Long Beach California. Steve moved to Redding California where he met his best friend,  Leslie,   They married in Kauai, Hawaii and spent  31 incredible years together. 

Steve was raised in Garden Grove, California and relocated to Mesquite, Nevada in 2017 from Redding, California. Steve enjoyed travel, cycling, RZR riding, hiking, snow shoeing, scuba diving,  crossfit, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, back packing and golf. He was an exceptional guitarist. He worked as a Respiratory Therapist, most recently at Dixie Regional Medical Center in Saint George Utah. 

Steve is survived by his wife; Leslie, daughter; Lindsay West (Kevin) of Mansfield, Texas, son; Kyle White (Wennifer) of Redlands, California, grandchildren; Christian West, currently stationed in Monterey, California,  Connor  West, of Mansfield,  Texas , Norah, Carter and Hayden White, of Redlands, California, brother; Mike Woodson of Costa Mesa, California, sisters;  Kathy Woodson, of  La Quinta, California, Suzanne Davis, of Garden Grove, California, 3 nieces and 3 nephews and his loyal dogs; Joe and Laila. 

In lieu of a service, Steve wanted to speak with as many friends as he could prior to his death and pass at home surrounded by family,  all of which occurred.
