Lonnie was my mentor, advisor and friend for several years at the Health District and after we both retired. He was truly concerned and dedicated to public health and his political health. I will miss him.

Lonnie was one of those great men who fought to make the world better and safer where ever he was, in the jungle or city. We send our condolences and pray that you, Judy, and your great family have peace in knowing that he endured to the end, his battles are over, and he has moved on to the place of peace and rest awaiting his reunion with you and the great resurrection.

Judy and Family, Though we have not seen you for several years, we still talk of Lonnie's stories. You and Lonnie welcomed us into your family, and for that we are very grateful. Lonnie's legacy will continue to grow as he will live in hearts forever. With greatest sympathy,
Tina
